Kevin and Derek both worked with me and let me know my options for the trade in but most importantly they got my bill reduced by $47!! I was so happy. 10-10 recommend”

The team—Shady, Claire, Jessica, and Madelyn—are extremely knowledgeable and do a great job explaining the products and helping you find the right fit. My brother‑in‑law is a firefighter and motorcycle rider, and he has gotten incredible use out of the phone case and mount. Christian was an absolute angel and helped me immediately. The place was clean and he greeted me. I was having a very terrible day and could hold back tears but I needed a new phone after losing mine in a car accident. He assisted me and the process was so quick. By the end of it, I had tears of joy because my needs were exceeded. Great guy!”

I literally drove to the store while on hold, saw him just talking to people, and had Natalie help me instead. When I’d come in earlier she had gotten through like 3 customers and me before he’d finished one.
