“Awesome service at Fabricante Auto Body from Fred. I went in this morning for some scratches on my Tesla. I was prepared to be told I will need to have the bumper replaced. Fred said he’ll see what he can do. He took the car in the back and had his team work on it. After a few minutes he brought the car back with most of the scratches gone! They were able to buff most of it out. And at no charge!!! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Fred. You definitely deserve a 5-star!!”

“These folks are the best! I was having trouble starting my van. Kevin and (Marcus?) looked at it right away and quickly determined that the bolt to my new battery (installed elsewhere) was stripped, resulting in an intermittent connection. It wouldn't require an expensive repair, as I had assumed. They replaced the bolt at no charge and added air to my tires as an added bonus. The woman at the front desk was amazing as well. She had a soothing manner which was very much appreciated as I get quite stressed whenever the Silver Bullet isn't operating at a top quality level. Thanks, guys!”

He was very calm and communicative, he told me exactly what needed to be done to safely get my car onto the tow truck. “The circumstances behind my towing were less than fortunate, but I was happy with this company for towing my car without damaging it PLUS they were accommodating when it came to picking up my car. Staff were polite. I can't comment on price because it was an "involuntary" tow but, considering the situation, they provided a decent service.”

“I was at Aliso Beach with my two boys (7 and 4 yrs.) in Laguna Beach today. We turned off the car for a few minutes but when I went to go turn on the car, I heard a clicking sound, and knew it was the battery!I called AAA and they immediately sent Cristian to service my vehicle. He got there in10 minutes and was so polite, thorough, and kind. He told me my battery was dead and wouldn't hold a charge. He asked me what I wanted to do and I told him to replace it. He immediately drove back to his garage in the Canyon to get a new battery for my car. It can be a little iffy being at a beach when it's pitch black outside, but the boys and I felt safe and comfortable because he started my car so we could stay warm until he came back. He was back in 20/25 minutes. The entire experience was 5-star because of Cristian and his professionalism!!!”

“I'm not sure what all of the other reviews here are on about. I called a number of different tow companies in the area and S & K were the only people who were not rude to me. They got my location and arrived within 20 minutes, with an extra large bed tow truck. The driver got us out of a really rough spot, stuck on the side of the interstate. He was very kind and we had some good conversation on our ride. He seemed very sympathetic of the situation we were in. He got us to the ford dealership quickly and dropped us and our Ford Transit off for service. Payment was quick and easy. Very nice guy.”
“JD towed my truck on 2 separate occasions and I must point out his professionalism, knowledge and quick thinking. He had all the tools to get hr job done. Had great ideas for appropriately getting the job done right. It was a long hour wait which could be expected on a rainy Saturday night but it was well worth it.”
