I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received over the past few days at the Verizon Store in Alpine, CA. The team, specifically Omsar, June, Moe, Hanana, and Gary, were absolutely amazing!

From trading in my old phone to ordering and receiving my new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, their professionalism shined throughout the entire process. I was incredibly impressed by how quickly they were able to get me the new phone – having it in just one day was truly fantastic.

Each individual was respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and simply outstanding at their job. They made what could have been a complicated process seamless and enjoyable.

He didn't try to oversell me, he looked for the best fit for my needs and went FAR AND ABOVE my expectations. He assisted in complete setup and aided in transferring my data.
