I opened an account right before pandemic but I never used it. Recently I received a letter of unclaimed property so I decided to withdraw my deposit and closed my account. This branch location is where I started an account and everyone at this location has been super friendly and helpful. The main reason for this review is to give a big pat on the back to the Branch Manager Ivan Acosta. I walked in with a concern that could not get resolved over the phone. I've been to many other banks for one reason or another, and US Bank is the only one that I don't feel like they're trying to sell me a used car (so to speak). If they suggest a banking product for me, I will look at it seriously because I feel like it's coming from a genuine place of wanting me to know about something that would be better for me than what I currently have.
