“We used this Fed Ex office on Wilshire Blvd to ground ship my son’s moving boxes back to Texas. Ted not only made this process as easy as possible for us, but he also came in on a Saturday and opened up just for us to drop the boxes off. He went above and beyond with his customer service. He made sure to give me the best deal and was very patient with all my questions. He was amazing! If I lived in Los Angeles I would be a loyal customer of this Fed Ex office for life!!

“I just sent it here yesterday, the address has been moved to near Thuan Phat market on S San Gabriel Blvd. Shipping over 30 lbs is priced at $2.85/lb. The staff are Vietnamese, they are very enthusiastic and friendly.

“It would be nice to provide a 2 or 3 hour window when scheduling a pick up. Luke the driver will be there between 9am to 11am or 1:00 to 3:00pm. so the customer can be available vs just guessing what time the driver will come. I missed the first visit cause I was running errands not knowing when to expect the driver.”

My packages is an urgent international kinda situation. It arrived on time, thanks for the store manager. He was a tall and older guy, cool and calm and confident about his company. I was totally lost and nervous about my document not gonna be there on time. But he took my international postal code and staring typing, gave me a quote. And the process just going so smooth and fished. I am coming from called 2 person on the customer service asking EEI numbers ECCN number. And going to two stores that asking for EEI number and won’t have a date. And From DHL store that delay for a day. But his manager just took it so so so easy and fast for me. It was an angle that God send for me. I want to say thanks to him so much. Sadly I don’t remember his name. But thank you to him and FedEx that shipped my document in 4 days. Great great transition. So satisfied and thankful.”

“I had two antique desks, table with glass top and a chair shipped from Long Beach, CA to Clifton Park, New York.This is an excellent packaging, shipping and boxing up fragile, antique furniture company. Everything was in great shape and nothing broken. The movers, Lamanna in Colonie, New York came and undid all the packaging and moved the furniture into the house. Lamanna kept complimenting on how well everything was packed to percision. They have never seen such wonderful care. Goodman uses heavy, heavy duty boxes too with proper packaging so the furniture is safe. Even the glass table top packing was cut perfectly to fit it. Thank you so much to the team for doing an excellent job!”
