“This is my 2nd time visiting this store this time i brought my cousin with me since she’s upgrading her iphone as well. I was lucky to be help again by Kuya Raffy! I don’t go to any other store no more ever since because of him honestly, everything was laid out for me perfectly without sugar coating. I was showed the best plans that i can get for myself and if i’m saving more than not. I also don’t feel pressured on trying to finish a transaction right away like the others because with Kuya Raffy they always make sure they have enough time for everyone and make sure you are help. Thank you very much for helping us all the time Kuya Raffy! Would always recommend this store with you around! 5 stars is not enough to rate you for always going beyond and over for your customers! “They were very helpful. The staff answered all our many questions about our phones and purchasing new phones. They explained the plan options and the costs associated with promotions, pricing of new phones, credits if any for our phones and monthly financing of them. It is something we need to think about, because our phones are old and new promotions might need us to change our phone number and such!”

“More self-checkout stands are open depending on the crowd. The self-checkout registers take cards and a few take cash. The staffed registers, up to 6, also take cash, check and credit card. During high traffic times, we may need to wait in line up to 15 minutes to check out.
I really like the buy online option, where you can schedule your drive up and the hourly pickup window. Usually this goes relatively quickly, depending on the queue. I then shop only for items that I usually look over, before buying at the registers. I don't know about in-store pickup. I should ask.”
