Very Bad customer service in the counter and car is messy, I also think ten times before rent out from this location, even its less than 1 mile from my home location.
Update: I was reached out by Avis Customer service and try to resolved the issue which I had previously. Changed to 3-star now. appreciated!!

The only location of three to actually answer the phone when I called. After first not having an available car for exchange, they went the extra mile by calling me back when their inventory changed. In person service was prompt and friendly. Their help has made a huge impact on the next week and I really appreciate!

They weren't friendly and a bit rude. But overall their service was good to me. Reasonable price and good cars.
