“The owner, Kedir, was exceptionally professional and helpful throughout the process of quoting how fast and how much it would cost me to internationally ship documents as soon as possible. I had experienced excellent customer service with USPS and FedEx on the same day but unfortunately their delivery dates were later and the total price was more than $100+ whereas DHL saved me $30 and could arrive a few days sooner. There is plenty of parking and the interior of the store is modern and clean. I was offered water and the transaction was smooth. I recommend this business and wish Kedir continued success maintaining great service and very reasonable rates.”

“I recently worked with Freeman Co as an exhibitor for a show. I used them for receiving a pallet at their warehouse, delivery the pallet to the show, and shipping the pallet back across the country. They were great on the front end, answering all my questions. However, after the show there were two pretty major misunderstandings, which we all know happens sometimes. Often these misunderstanding don't end up positively for the customer, but THAT WAS NOT THE CASE WITH FREEMAN. They went above and beyond to treat me as a valued customer. It wasn't just customer service, it was an absolutely positive customer experience. Anytime I get the chance to work with Freeman, I definitely will!”

In these times where we are so divided, Jeff Masud listened to the desperation in my voice and really heard it. He went well above and beyond to help me out and I will be forever grateful. If he's willing to do this for a complete stranger from across the country, just think how well he'll treat you as one of his neighbors.
This is my story:
We are an East Coast printing company with a client at a trade show in Anaheim. Found out on a Saturday night there was an issue with material needed for Monday morning. I contacted no less than a dozen places. Jeff Masud was the only one to call back. This was Saturday night. We communicated back and forth that evening. Jeff went in the next day, Sunday, and began working on what was needed for Monday. In the meantime, it was discovered I needed more material for Tuesday. Jeff said no problem. I'd love to say things went perfectly, but they did not. Jeff ran out of ink, then ran out of material, but that did not stop him. He was committed to getting it done for me. And he did. Not only did Jeff get it done under a very tight deadline, but props to his associate Andrew who made multiple deliveries to the conference center both day and night. Jeff even communicated directly with my client on timing and couldn't have been better with that. He kept in contact with me, always answered my text or call asking for an update. He didn't hide the issues he was having but was honest and upfront. And never gave up and said "oh well, I tried". He kept going. I don't think there's much more you can ask from a business owner. Give him a call!”

“I’ve used this office on several
occasions to print art work on different grades of paper, and every staff member has been very knowledgeable in helping me find what will work best to make my drawings pop without breaking the bank. Additionally, the FedEx custom print section on the website is very easy and user friendly, and orders are often ready for pickup ahead of schedule. A special shout out to Daniel, who was very patient, and helped me answer a lot of questions about many types of printing paper when I was in the facility recently.”

“I used their service back in May 2023, but for some reason my review was posted on another notary service! Just found out today. So I deleted the review under that company and reposted my review here:Needed to get our living trust notarized. Got multiple quotes on Yelp. We eventually decided to go to somewhere close by bc of (1) location (2) they charge per notary seal, not an outrageous "flat fee" for notarizing a living trust (3) they provide witnesses with no additional fee . Overall a very positive experience. Will definitely recommend!”

She told me for the date I wanted it to be there it would be more expensive, but helped me unpack it put it in a new box and helped me stay in the budget I wanted and get it there by the date I wanted. “Google had their Saturday hours incorrectly listed as closing at 2:30pm and when I came in at 2:20pm they said they actually closed at 2pm but had a good customer call saying they were running a little behind and offered to stay open until they could make it in. I appreciate that they still helped myself and whoever this customer is on a Saturday.”
