“Slate Creek community has improved significantly over the last 5 years especially in the last year when the current management team took over. A lot of noticeable enhancement, better security and cleanness. I like the management team especially Elizabeth as she is very helpful and professional. The modern amenities make the living experience so exciting and the complex location is so strategic where you are surrounded with almost everything you need within a walking distance. I highly recommend Slate Creek to everyone who is looking for a clean, safe and beautiful community.Please DO NOT increase the rent every year because it's getting out of control.Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to more good stuff to come!”

The location is convenient, and the overall environment made it a comfortable and stress-free place to live. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment community.”
“I lived at Foxworth a year, and it was a great experience! The grounds are beautiful and maintained very well. There are big trees throughout the property and a little creek with many different types of wildlife. Maintenance requests are attended to in a timely manner. The resident property manager, Eileen, is on top of everything. Any problems that pop up she deals with quickly and efficiently. She is fair and gives residents a break whenever she can. She also throws great parties where the residents get to know each other.As far as the residents, it’s a wonderful group of people, and it feels like a community. That’s rare, I’ve found, in an apartment setting. The residents are friendly and respectful towards each other. I had no issues in the year I was there. I always enjoyed walking my dog and talking to people along the way. It’s definitely a pet friendly community. I always felt safe when I was out with my dog.Regarding the previous review about the property being dirty and trashy, nothing could be further from the truth. If the dumpster areas were untidy, the property manager herself was out sweeping and cleaning the areas. She also kept the laundry room spotless. No trash was ever left on the ground.My only reason for leaving was the desire to buy a house. If I ever find myself in the need of a rental again, I would not hesitate to go back to Foxworth.”

“Very nice apartments, so many fun and great amenities that come with the perks of living here. They even allow pets with a smaller fee than some other places. Just watch out for miss Cecilia Correa or whoever lives in 213, who seems to work or know people in the usps. Found her name and address on my package, which brought me to these apartments. Dont know why it was on there on the tracking label but just an fyi ”
“Really enjoyed living here. Jocelyn was a great manager and was always helpful. Even when we had issues with neighbor, she always took care of us. The community itself is always clean, parking is readily available, and it’s a close walk to the village which is a huge plus. We would have stayed longer but ended up buying a home. Thank you Jocelyn for making our living experience at Village pleasant.”

“We lived there for a year. We probably would have lived further, but we needed more space as our family grew larger. I can't complain about anything. The apartment of 2 by 2 is excellent, the rooms are large. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager Alejandro Ochoa. He understood our situation and allowed us to stay while we collected documents, so we have the warmest memories. Any problem was resolved quickly, such as a leaking faucet or replacing the air conditioner filter. The area is very good. I definitely recommend it.”

“For the price and the location this apartment was great. We noticed some mold (in the vents) and damage in the apartment prior to move in. Be prepared for them to keep a part of your security deposit telling you that you caused damage that was already there when you moved in. It was a bit noisy next to the street especially next to the gate entrance. We had over 20 maintenance requests (many batched into 1) for problems with the apartment… such as light bulbs missing or not working, toilet leaking, sink leaking. 100% not move in ready. But, on the brightside, they fixed those issues very quickly, so I’m pleased with that. If i were to live there again, I would say the 2 bedroom apartments are worth in the very low 2,000s. You get everything you need.”
“So we lived here for a few years (just moved feb 2022) and while the place can use some upgrades (no central heat/ac type things) i really enjoyed it overall.I enjoyed being by the creek and hearing all of the birds, sometimes turkeys wandering around.Anytime I needed something fixed that I couldnt/didn't want to do myself, it was always addressed within a day.Everyone in the complex seemed really nice, we have been lucky enough to have some really awesome neighbors!I will say, full disclosure, there are a couple of people that seem to sleep nearby (homeless/on drugs)...not the fault of the apartments but something to just be aware of)”
“I have had the pleasure of working with our maintenance man, Gustavo Orozco for the past 3 years. He is amazing and can fix anything often fixing things I have tried many times to fix. He has a broad knowledge of maintenance issues. He is soft spoken, polite, considerate and always does what he says he will do. Prior maintenance staff at this apartment have just blown me off and acted like my issue was beneath them. Gustavo never considers a request too trivial. My living at Artisan Square is much improved by having him here.”

“*First off, I was not paid to give this review!!! This is my experience and my point of view.* The Villas at Fair Oaks is one of the best, if not the best complexes I’ve lived at. The staff go above and beyond for their tenants without hesitation. The apartments are super freakin cozy, when I moved in I had brand new granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances!! This is also the smallest complex I’ve lived in as well. People aren’t piled on top of each other like some complexes that are 4 stories and have 1000 or more apartments. That makes me cringe just thinking about it. RCMI and their employees have always done right by me. If you’re still reading this then congratulations are in order because I know I’ve sold you on moving here. So what are you waiting for? Pack up and come on over already!!! P.S. The manager Rachel is badass. She’s super sweet, very nice and never too busy to answer your question or concern. She needs a raise too!!!!”

“I love it here! The management is Amazing and so are the maintenance workers. Anytime I have a problem the manager is quick to respond and quick to have the problem resolved whether it’s a question or something that needs to be fixed. The manager is so sweet and very attentive. Since I’ve been here I haven’t had any issues. I would recommend these apartments for sure!”
“I want to start by saying how much I love living in the new mid-rises. The management goes over and beyond there duties especially Logan. She has had work orders completed with in the hour when I got home from a trip and my AC wasn't working. All the staff are pet lovers and my dog looks forward to walking by the leasing office because she knows she will get smothered with love.”
“I lived here for two years in a 2 bedroom and loved it! I got lucky with super low maintenance neighbors and the management was always great. This was my first home on my own and I have to say I don't think I could've had a better experience. Would highly recommend moving here. The only reason I didn't give the 5th star was because there were always homeless people in the dumpsters which wasn't something that ever became a problem but wasn't ideal obviously.”
“I love my new home! The cabinets and counter tops caught my eye the moment I stepped into my home! I have everything I need here. A stove, dishwasher, fridge, a microwave, a gym, picnic area, a pool and several washers and dryers. Everything could not have went more smoothly. OH! Did I forget to mentioned the property is always super cleaned! I LOVE LOVE what they are doing with their plants, excellent taken cared of place. Many years to come!”

“I've only been living here for a week, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The management team, Carmen and Marigold, were welcoming and friendly, and supported me throughout the entire process. Thanks to their professionalism, my move was much smoother than I expected.
The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and beautiful — you can really feel that the team is working hard to achieve the best results. In my opinion, the location is very convenient: there’s a park nearby, perfect for walks with small children. The infrastructure is great as well — there are shops, gas stations, and dining options close by.
Overall, I’m satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to my friends.”
