The Senior Finance Manager Javonnie, answered my call. She was upfront that they were busy and normally handle new accounts by appointment only, but she made time to squeeze me in as a walk-in even though I wasn’t a client yet. That gesture alone made a huge difference.
When I got there, I was helped by Yolanda, who was absolutely wonderful. She was welcoming, patient, and very thorough. She explained all the benefits clearly, and walked us through the entire process step by step. Even though it was clearly packed with many clients, we never once felt rushed. The whole process was smooth, quick, and stress-free.
