“I finally went to this location for the first time today to make a deposit. I've been seeing long lines (during Covid) outside waiting to go in so I never did but this was the only location I was able to get to today and the line wasn't too long outside. Line moved super quick. And why? Because they had six tellers. Not one or two like other banks do. Six. They followed Covid protocols (even though the state is "open") which they should be doing - I'd be at least half those people were not vaccinated (there were two people not wearing masks - every other person did have one on). The person I dealt with was quick and efficient and I left there going "wait, this was a good experience surprisingly!" When you have long lines like this place apparently does all the time, you put a lot of tellers out. This is how you run a bank. The Walnut Creek WF does not do this. They'll have one or two. Any time I've ever been there. I'll try this place again at some point in the near future and see if my review holds or goes down. A+”
