“I was doing some frantic last minute holiday shopping and the whole team at this location was very kind and helpful! I wanted to give a special shout out to Alexander though whose customer service skills were amazing, 10/10!! Not only was he able to help me clarify which items were on sale and for what price, he also went out of his way to find me the size I wanted by calling another location to see if they had it! And even though I was bugging him the whole time I was in the store and pestering him with a bunch of questions, Alexander was able to assist me with nothing but a friendly smile the whole time! I also work in retail so usually i'm pretty observant when it comes to customer service in other stores, but I just had to comment on Alexander's because his was just through the roof (:”

“Lost my phone at the mall and my friend had my location saying it was around Macy's. The ladies at reception/check out were amazing and so helpful, especially Adrienne and Maria. Adrienne was working at checkout on the 3rd floor was so helpful and sweet and really did her best to help me. She checked my friend's phone and told me it seems my phone's location was most likely at the SK II stand. We were just about to head there when Maria was passing by and confirmed that my phone was downstairs on the first floor, and it was at SK II like Adrienne predicted! Thank you so much for your help, you guys were amazing!”

“Came in with my mom and two kids this evening around 7p to shop for some jeans. We knew we needed to be quick since they close at 8p I believe.We roamed around for about 15min looking at jeans and still hadn’t been greeted. There was one associate on the adults side whom was just on their phone and not assisting anyone.After assuring ourselves to the fitting room, we left with a pair of jeans.”

“I stopped by to buy a bag and firstly the asian employee was terrific! Many employees who work for big brands sometimes are judgmental and act like they work for Donatella Versace. The asian employee was so encouraging and didn't give my family a look despite how basic we looked! He was so kind and made me want to buy something for myself all because of his generous and kind attitude. However the young girl working aside from him did give us a judgy look almost criticizing why we stepped inside. She kept staring at our every moves acting like she's working for Gucci. I'll be back if I ever want to shop for a gift here and I will be sure to not ask her for assistance ever.”

“I haven't shopped at a F21 in ages, mostly bc it's very overwhelming especially with all the holiday deals. I asked a employee, I think her name was Kayla for a very specific sweater. She knew exactly where it was located it for me within a minute. This made my experience swift, easy, and successful, not what I was expecting at all- since the 40% off all sweaters I didn't think I would get lucky! Also they have the cutest holiday accessories from headbands to bracelets and hair accessories if you or someone you know likes that kind of festive wear. And they were buy two get one free :) I prefer this location over the montebello one- they shut down the top level and it's understandably crowded and a bit disorganized.”
