We knew we needed to be quick since they close at 8p I believe.We roamed around for about 15min looking at jeans and still hadn’t been greeted. There was one associate on the adults side whom was just on their phone and not assisting anyone.After assuring ourselves to the fitting room, we left with a pair of jeans.”

“I went on a Sunday so the store was relatively busy (mind you, I haven’t been to this mall in years and dreaded going in on a Sunday). Castro happened to help me. Probably one of the nicest managers I’ve met. Took some time to get my returns squared away but she was so helpful and patient.”
“Great selection in store compared to other A&F stores. They also have a larger sale section to browse, took two rooms the last time I went by. The fitting room is a bit confusing since there’s so defined exit/entrance so some people leave unwanted clothes in the room.”

I came in looking for some white outfits for my bachelorette, and they made the entire experience feel like I was shopping for my wedding dress. They were pulling pieces nonstop, showing me options online that weren’t available in store, and bringing me the right sizes so I could truly feel my best. I had no idea I was walking into this kind of experience, but they made me feel so special the entire time.
They completely reignited my love for Lululemon, and I wish everyone could experience customer service like this. To all my brides, this is a must visit!”
