“I was doing some frantic last minute holiday shopping and the whole team at this location was very kind and helpful! I wanted to give a special shout out to Alexander though whose customer service skills were amazing, 10/10!! Not only was he able to help me clarify which items were on sale and for what price, he also went out of his way to find me the size I wanted by calling another location to see if they had it! And even though I was bugging him the whole time I was in the store and pestering him with a bunch of questions, Alexander was able to assist me with nothing but a friendly smile the whole time! I also work in retail so usually i'm pretty observant when it comes to customer service in other stores, but I just had to comment on Alexander's because his was just through the roof (:”

“My family and I love to visit the Santa Anita mall for a good walk, to eat, and shop. One of our go-to stores when we arrive is Francesca’s. My daughter loves their collections and they always have good sales available. The jewelry and accessories are trendy and good quality. My daughter loves their dresses because they are perfect for summer and fit really nice. The sizes run from small to 3X Large, but they may be limited in stores. The employees are always really helpful. Highly recommend Francesca’s if you're looking for a gift or for a trendy outfit.”

“Lost my phone at the mall and my friend had my location saying it was around Macy's. The ladies at reception/check out were amazing and so helpful, especially Adrienne and Maria. Adrienne was working at checkout on the 3rd floor was so helpful and sweet and really did her best to help me. She checked my friend's phone and told me it seems my phone's location was most likely at the SK II stand. We were just about to head there when Maria was passing by and confirmed that my phone was downstairs on the first floor, and it was at SK II like Adrienne predicted! We knew we needed to be quick since they close at 8p I believe.We roamed around for about 15min looking at jeans and still hadn’t been greeted. “I visited April Snow for the first time yesterday and had the best shopping experience! I was drawn to the shop by the window display and loved the idea of one-of-a-kind garments for sale. Jenny was wonderful and helped me find other items I might not have otherwise considered trying on. Love, love, love everything I bought -- a tunic-length cardigan, one-size-fits-all baggy capris, and a couple necklaces. It was like being on a treasure hunt, and I can't wait to go back to shop for more unique goods!”

“Lupe has done color on me twice and both times were good experiences. She's very friendly and asked me questions throughout to make sure I got the results I wanted. My hair is very dark and she was able to get it lightened without too much damage and cut it just the way I asked. I saw someone give her a poor rating and I just wanted to say that I had the complete opposite experience and I am quite difficult lol”

“Service was great. I came in to return some snowboard boots online. Landon helped me out. He was really cool to talk to and you could tell he loves his job. My situation was a bit tricky since I was returning an online order, but Landon & his coworker were able to handle it effectively. I didn't get to look around much but they had a lot of cool graphic shirts that I tried on.”
