This is a nice hotel. The only reason they didn’t get a five star rating is that the elevators are inoperable and apparently that’s been the case for a couple of months. There are urban campers in the vacant lot next door. They don’t seem to cause problems.

As a diamond, reserve member, I’ve seen my fair share of Hilton hotels across the US. This particular place ranks fairly high for cleanliness and spacious rooms. Although the elevator was out, their team did an outstanding job of accommodating our team for the airshow. Nice work on the update. Thanks again for everything.
