Ramada by Wyndham Arcata is a budget-priced hotel right off Highway 101, convenient for visiting the Redwoods National Park and nearby towns. It offers free parking, free breakfast, and rooms with mini fridges and microwaves. Some guests found the rooms comfortable, clean, spacious, and quiet with friendly staff. Others reported issues like rooms only accessible by stairs, maintenance problems with doors and bathrooms, very slow service, lackluster breakfast, and occasional noise. While some visitors had a perfect experience and would recommend it, others would not stay again due to these inconsistencies.
Very friendly staff and very hard working. When we checked in on Weds the girl with piercings on her lips wasn't too nice, or mean either, just regular i guess. For the following days Thurs-Sunday the rest of the staff was real real nice and helpful.

Stay was good! Fun fish in lobby and they could benefit from elevators in all the buildings. Room was clean, smelled a bit like cigarettes when you first walk in but it wore off in 30 seconds.
