“Donna's was able to add new fill and cushioning to our 7 year old couch. Actually made the couch look almost new and you could really feel the support of the cushions. Would recommend this furniture store.”
“We were led to believe the delivery men were going to remove our old bed frame. This was not so. We had it stripped down to headboard footboard and side rails waiting for them to remove the rest that was VERY heavy. Luckily they were willing to help unscrew and take out the pieces of the old frame with our help doing so. Your sales people need to make it very explicit in your contract that the room must be cleared of the old furniture first by the homeowner. This was very upsetting for us during the entire delivery process. FYI this needs to be taken care of ASAP.”
