“Honestly, my camera protector was cracked, but they replaced it in under 5 minutes—seriously, it took less than five minutes.
The new camera protector cost $35, and what’s amazing is that it comes with a lifetime warranty. If it breaks again, I only have to pay an additional $10 to get it replaced with a brand-new one.
With tax, it was $37.99, and I highly recommend it. This is seriously awesome. Totally worth it!”

“This Verizon Authorized Retailer provides an exceptionally smooth and positive experience. The employees are all extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their customer service is top tier, going out of their way to help those with issues that most official Verizon stores would've charged for. They even installed a complimentary phone case and screen protector, which saved my phone from a major accident I had on a roller coaster at Knott's Berry Farm. If it wasn't for them, I would've had to shell out $$$ to replace a brand new screen. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service!”

“I initially went to the AT&T on South Street by Cerritos Mall because I was in the area.. they were so unhelpful and you can tell just trying to make a sale without caring for my needs. I ended up leaving and coming to the one on bloomfield. I usually only come to this one and I always have a great experience. Carlos greeted me right at the door and asked what he could help me with. I had alot of changes i wanted to make, and alot of questions on how and what i should do. Carlos was not only patient, but gave various options and you can tell me was there for my best interest. “Our experience at the AT&T store was beneficial to us because we reduced our monthly cost by changing the service type and also gaining more service features. We also agreed to letting them show us the amount of money with improved service we would get if we changed our Internet provider. We are on a 7 day trial with what they suggested. We expect to go back and buy a new Apple phone from them as a result of our experience with them. This might put us on a 3 year plan, but we are not obligated at this point. Hard to believe, but for us, AT&T showed that they can be very competitive in the current cell phone service industry
