“Was not able to resolve an equipment issue at my store in Cerritos so I headed to the Spectrum location in Lakewood. I parked and walked right past the glass storefront. I would have been on Lakewood blvd if employee Alphonso had not ran out of the store and brought me inside. He heard my challenge and located the internet equipment that I needed. The store is clean and cooled. The staff is on point. Alphonso offered a higher level of customer service! He turned a possibly negative review of another store into positive situation for Spectrum and for myself.”
