“Our experience at the AT&T store was beneficial to us because we reduced our monthly cost by changing the service type and also gaining more service features. We also agreed to letting them show us the amount of money with improved service we would get if we changed our Internet provider. We are on a 7 day trial with what they suggested. We expect to go back and buy a new Apple phone from them as a result of our experience with them. This might put us on a 3 year plan, but we are not obligated at this point. Hard to believe, but for us, AT&T showed that they can be very competitive in the current cell phone service industry

“My wife and I visited this past week for a phone upgrade. This location is quite busy with all the foot traffic of the mall, but is expected because they are open pretty late . There's another location located across the street but close at 8. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and checked in. Our representative Ryan took really good care of us. He made us feel welcomed and happy. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We were in & out in 30 minutes . Everyone else was also very attentive to their customers. Overall, we are happy we came here.”
“This store is very organized, and the staff are knowledgeable. From the beginning, a gentleman kindly guided me to the line, and another gentleman with an iPad helped place my order. Then I met Nofo, who assisted me through the entire process of trading in my old iPhone and setting up my new one. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and full of positive energy, which made me even more excited about getting my new iPhone.

“Everything went really well with the salels and the online support. The answer on the other hand informed me there is a $30 fee to assist with transfering data from android to iPhone. One line $30, 2 lines $50. That Disturbed me.”
“Honestly, my camera protector was cracked, but they replaced it in under 5 minutes—seriously, it took less than five minutes.
The new camera protector cost $35, and what’s amazing is that it comes with a lifetime warranty. If it breaks again, I only have to pay an additional $10 to get it replaced with a brand-new one.
With tax, it was $37.99, and I highly recommend it. This is seriously awesome. Totally worth it!”
