Gabriel got us started right away, asked all the right questions, and made sure Julio had everything he needed to help us. Julio then took the time to sit down with us and fully resolve the issue. He could tell I was already frustrated, especially after having to spend time on the phone with Verizon, and he was incredibly patient and understanding.
He answered every question I had, made sure everything was ready before contacting Verizon, and communicated each step along the way. Most importantly, he made sure to show me that everything was completely resolved before I left.

The new camera protector cost $35, and what’s amazing is that it comes with a lifetime warranty. If it breaks again, I only have to pay an additional $10 to get it replaced with a brand-new one.
With tax, it was $37.99, and I highly recommend it. This is seriously awesome. Totally worth it!”
