“I’ve been an Edge customer for years. They’ve always done fantastic work on my BMW. Recently had my engine running rough. The Edge team diagnosed it to be the fuel injector on cylinder 4 going bad. I asked if I should replace all 6 injectors. They advised it would be a waste of money as it does not take a lot of labor to replace an injector. If another goes bad later, it can easily and cheaply be replaced. A dealer would have convinced me to spend to replace all six. But the Edge guys are always honest about repairs. Honesty and the great work is the reason I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be so.”

“I dropped off my car today at Reliance Auto Collision. I got into a minor self accident Saturday morning. I immediately starting googling auto body shops in Hayward. Reliance Auto Collision & Rental stood out to me based on all the positive reviews. I messaged them on yelp and they responded pretty quick for a Saturday! They were so nice that they offered to dispatch a tow truck to tow my car to their shop but didn't need a tow as my car was still drivable. Told them I will drop off the car on Monday. They even sent me a friendly text reminder Monday morning to confirm I was dropping off the car later that day. When I got there Elias and his brother were so helpful and informative. Elias which I believe is the owner of the body shop ordered me an Uber at no cost to take me to Enterprise to pick up my rental! Phenomenal customer service!! 5 stars all the way!!”

“Really solid guys (son and dad). I had tranmission issues with my land cruiser, and 3rd gear was skipping. So I needed a rebuilt. I shop around 4 different shops told me the same thing.
Reason why I pick ZATC. they can start working on my tranmission the next day. Other shops had 1 to 2 weeks waiting.
Plus I was talking to the dad of the shop he is a big land cruiser fan aswell, show me pics of his one. That make me feel better letting them work on my Toyota.
5days later got a call form them saying the LC was done. The tranmission works well and shifting was alot better. Super happy with this company. Thank you guys. If you have tranmission problem bring it to them. I'm happy I found a solid tranmission shop now.”

“It is so hard to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic these days! The owner is incredibly kind and even stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure my car was able to be seen on a Saturday afternoon. He took extra caution to make sure my Honda was parked inside following the influx of catalytic converter theft in the area. He quoted me a price 1/3 of what Honda planned to charge me- parts included! He was conservative with his diagnosis of the my vehicle. I'm happy to have a mechanic in the area I can trust with fair prices and good work!”
