“We depend on Maida and her team to produce items for our events (photo backdrops, giveaways, collateral, etc). They do great work at resonable prices and they're always very responsive (can change items quickly too). Highly recommend their services!”
“The associates all work like a well oiled machine together and were a huge help when sending off multiple packages big, small and even paintings! Was a very pleasant experience and I originally was dreading going in !! Big shoutout to John! Thank you to the whole team!”
“Love this Staples. The staff are always friendly and professional. I never have to wait in lines. Easiest place to do an Amazon or Old Navy return and grab some snacks while you're there.”
“I had an excellent experience working with Desiree from Bright Dart. She is respectful, kind, and incredibly attentive, always making sure every detail was handled with care. Her intelligence and professionalism really stand out in the way she approaches her work.
As a small business owner, I truly appreciate the level of dedication and support she provided. She delivered everything in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process.
Desiree is highly appreciated for what she does, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service.”
“Nice staples. I always find what I need. Sometimes friendly staff. Love that they have Amazon returns here.
I love the paper copy machines, they are easy to use.
Store is always clean 👌🏼”
“Great service by one of the ladies working this afternoon. I received an email that my package was being held at this location. Went right in, was greeted, then asked to see an ID, she found my package quickly, even asked if I would like to use their cart to take to my car, that was very kind, since I've never been offered the cart before. I chose to carry it myself, but very thankful & thoughtful. Great service!”

“I want to share my experience at The UPS Store in Atwater because the customer service was truly outstanding. I came in with my grandmother for an Amazon return and also needed notary service. From the moment we arrived, the owner was very helpful, respectful, and welcoming.
We also had a heavy package to pick up, and instead of making us struggle with it, the owner actually came outside to help us carry and handle the package. That was very thoughtful and showed how much he cares about his customers.
The best part was when the owner was helping my grandmother with her notary service. My grandmother was having difficulty standing for a long time. The owner noticed this right away and brought a chair for her so she could sit comfortably while he completed the notary service. It may seem like a small thing, but that kind of kindness and attention means a lot, especially when you are helping an elderly family member.
I really appreciate the way the owner treats customers like family instead of just another customer. He was patient, professional, kind, and willing to go out of his way to help us. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable.
If you need Amazon returns, notary services, shipping, or any other UPS Store services, I highly recommend The UPS Store in Atwater. Great service, great attitude, and most importantly, a caring owner who truly takes care of his customers.
Thank you for making our visit so easy and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!”
