“Ikeda’s is one of those places that has become a destination all by itself. What started as a fruit stand has grown into a unique specialty market, restaurant, bakery, and gift shop all rolled into one. It’s like walking into an indoor farmers market filled with fresh produce, local goods, canned foods, specialty items, and some of the best baked goods around.
On this visit, we stopped for lunch and enjoyed burgers, fries, and shakes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. We’ve also had their pot pies in the past, and they’re always excellent. The quality of the food is consistently good, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back.
Of course, Ikeda’s is famous for its pies, and for good reason. This time we tried the Dutch Apple Pie and the Marionberry Pie, and both were absolutely delicious. The crust was flaky, the fillings were generous, and every bite reminded us why their pies have such a great reputation.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. Whether you’re stopping for a meal, shopping for fresh produce, or just grabbing a slice of pie, Ikeda’s is worth the visit.
We’ll definitely be back again—and probably leaving with more pie than we planned on buying!”
“I had their chicken burrito today and it was huge and the wettest burrito that I’ve ever had (much better than a dry one) but I thought it was too big and had too much stuff in it. It fell out of the tortilla as i was eating so I had to re-wrap using the foil. Very tasty.”

Foothill Market stocks: Liquid Gravity, Sudwerk, Revision, Crooked Lane, Big Sexy, Altamont, New Glory, Bullmastiff, Tower, Black Plague, Dust Bowl, Pliny, ect... The best feature of this store is, you can buy a single beer or receive a 5% discount on a mix and match four pack. I would recommend checking the dates on the craft beer before you purchase them. “I shop Grocery Outlet before I go to another supermarket. They don't always have everything you need, but if you can find it there, you most likely find it for less. Plus if you search around, you can usually find a good deal on things that aren't found elsewhere.”
“Stop for gas as it was on our side of the street. Gas was lowest CASH price at this intersection. Can accommodate 4 cars for gas. Being a weekend it was VERY busy. Little chaotic, but not dangerous. Hubs said you have to peek in the store. First thing I noticed they had a restroom. Got the key easily. Clean bathroom. The mini mart is amazingly packed with all the things a road trip or quick stop on one's way home needs. All the fancy drinks. Lots of alcohol choices. Snacks! Large frisbee assortment. What?! Is there frisbee golf near by?”

“I am writing this Yelp because after a bad Deli sandwich experience about 1 month ago, I thought I would give the Deli department another try. Today I went into the store and stopped at the Deli Sandwich Bar. I was promptly greeted by Jonathan who had a smile on his voice and a friendly greeting. OK, that's the way to start off. I ordered a large sandwich and he made me a beautiful sandwich. By that, I mean he thought about the sandwich as he made it. The spread covered the entire surface of the bread, the meat was laid out so it was on the bread and not spilling off the sides, the cheese was applied with equal precision so it covered the bread and meat. I asked if he would microwave the bacon so it was crisp and he said, "of course". He toasted the entire sandwich, cut it in half, wrapped it and it was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite of the sandwich. Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Jonathan for a great sandwich- you obviously take pride in your work and it shows. “The store smells like some weird chemical when you walk in and I have noticed some of their produce has that smell and tastes weird, one had a bitter taste that I couldn’t wash off. Mostly the apple and the pears I tried. Maybe it’s some weird wax they put on their produce. All their apples I’ve tried have been mealy and taste old. Otherwise the store seems fine.”
“It's a funky, little store, but I like it. I used to take my Papa here every week. The proprietor always remembered him and what he bought. He always kept Papa's items in stock.My Papa passed away on December 20th, 2021. The owner still remembers me. I appreciate how he takes care of his customers.I don't give it 5 stars because it isn't the nicest, cleanest store. It's a blender out there! I always lock my car to when going in for a quick trip.”

“Its a local grocery store with a good deli and large selection of items. The produce is good. The deli is exceptional with a large selection of meats cheeses and many pre-made dishes of pasta and various salads. The staff is kind of snotty, but relax a little when they realize you are a local.”
