After visiting several major banks and attempting to open a Trust Account with the staff not knowing how to process legal paperwork. (Several appointments in one day) I came to BofA and the staff at this branch was more than willing to help guide me. On the same visit, I also met with Alan, he went above and beyond and explained everything throughly. I was having a stressful day dealing with incompetent bankers all day, but Alan made me feel at ease he was knowledgeable and had great customer service.
