“We tried all the other truck rental outlets, and none of them had truck capable of meeting our needs. We needed to tow a broken down truck and camper about 1200 miles home and only Enterprise had a truck capable of the job and that we could rent one way. We were stranded and unable to find a hotshot shipper to haul us home. With the Enterprise truck, we were able to flat tow the truck camper, along with all our stuff and two kitties home safely.
The Enterprise truck was great and the staff that made everything come together and work for us were the best.

When I walked in I was greeted by a very professional front desk lady who was extremely informative and courteous. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Overall I had a great experience. While I was there I was able to meet both ladies that work the front desk and both were a breath of fresh air. They were very professional and helpful. “Everyone there was always extremely helpful and always looked after me and my needs. One of the times I rented a truck from them they noticed one of the tires was low and had maintenance check it. When maintenance looked at it they found it was because the tire has a nail and needed to be fixed. So they fixed it. I got delayed leaving that day but I saved having to call a tow truck on the road for a flat tire tow. I'm extremely satisfied with them. They're all wonderful!!!”

“Location was slightly difficult to find. My truck was ready. And the customer service I received was above what I expected. While there wasn’t a furniture dolly already in the truck as I requested. I didn’t need it. Customer service was A+. Got the truck in under 5 minutes about the same to return. Would recommend”
“Can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from the manager Jose ! I had rented a 20 ft truck that turned out to be too small for what I needed for my move. Went in the next morning to try to upgrade to a 26 ft truck . With little time for my moving deadline and funds already stretched thin, Jose was able to get me into the only 26ft they had left and worked things out that really helped my night and save !!
