They were okay. The first guy was a bit rude. However, the second guy was much nicer. Got my new phone.

My experience at the Truxtun location is hit and miss sometimes but I wanted to come on her to give five stars for the rep that helped me. Berny was friendly, helpful and personable. So this review overall is more for Berny than ATT as a whole, but I want people to know what a great job he’s doing.

I thought I had paid enough for AT&T service thru my US vacation but no and Geo helped me to pay for ongoing service.
