We called the store that gave it to us and we told them we called road assistance for an hour and we had kids in the car, they didn't care. “Everyone there was always extremely helpful and always looked after me and my needs. One of the times I rented a truck from them they noticed one of the tires was low and had maintenance check it. When maintenance looked at it they found it was because the tire has a nail and needed to be fixed. So they fixed it. I got delayed leaving that day but I saved having to call a tow truck on the road for a flat tire tow. I'm extremely satisfied with them. They're all wonderful!!!”

I didn’t need it. Customer service was A+. Got the truck in under 5 minutes about the same to return. Would recommend”
