I specifically asked an employee for size 5.5 Converse and she ended up giving me size 6.5.

Employees were friendly and asked if I needed help and welcomed me and my son in the store. We received help from a female employee for shoe sizes and and a male employee helped look for sizes in sweaters that I couldn't reach.
