“Friar tux on coffee rd in Bakersfield did a great job! I called at 5:50pm on a Thursday, with a couple of ideas on what I was looking for, supplied my sizes, was there by 6:20pm and Alexis was able to help me out tremendously throughout the entire process! Everything was smooth, straight forward and helpful for a wedding event I was going to on Saturday night. They’re truly a one stop shop for everything you need for any formal event! Talk about last minute on my part, but she was calm, understanding and provided everything from start to finish! Thank you kindly to Alexis and crew at friar tux shop Bakersfield for having my back!”

“Decided to do a 2 hour drive to Bakersfield to come to this store and I was pretty amazed was worth the drive. As soon as I walked in very friendly and nice. They had a variation of scrubs a good amount to select from. Alicia was the one who helped me and thank you so much! I would definitely be coming back she was very polite great customer service answered all my questions. I reccomend this place for anyone looking for scrubs very friendly atmosphere. You won't be disappointed.”

“I went in to the store and was silently shopping around looking at the men's shorts and I had my walker with me..and was greeted by Issac....and that was a few months ago.. today I was in the store on Rosedale and I have brain damage from my stroke and a lady named Ruby was very helpful with friendly service. This was on July 9th afternoon..and I couldn't find the right size..and she went out of her way to look it up and help me get the right size ..thank you very much Ruby ..and staff”

“I want to give a shout out to Sergio and Leslie for their expertise and kindness shown to me during a recent visit to their store.
My situation is unique in that I’m elderly and I need a sneaker to accommodate an orthotic in each shoe but it’s specifically for a condition in my right foot. Not any sneaker will work. A few years ago I found a Skecher style that works.
Shortly after entering the store Sergio approached me and offered his help which I declined. He kindly stayed with me and I shared my dilemma and showed him the shoe I brought with me that I was trying to replace. He shared that he could order the same shoe which I hadn’t thought about.
I ended my visit by ordering two pairs of a similar style sneaker in different colors. I needed a half size larger this time which is why I chose a similar style that came in half sizes. I also found a pair of sandals on clearance.
I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for a positive experience. 😊”
