Spark by Hilton Bakersfield Central is a very nice, clean, and affordable hotel. Many guests found their rooms to be immaculate, super clean, and everything inside is what you would expect from Hilton. The beds are often noted as comfortable and soft. The staff are kind and do an excellent job.
The complimentary breakfast is basic but covers the essentials like bagels, cereal, boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, and pastries. Complimentary coffee and tea are available throughout the day. The hotel is located right next to the highway.
Some guests reported minor issues to be aware of. These can include flickering lights, noise from upstairs, an area carpet needing updating, and a parking lot that can be tricky for larger vehicles. The immediate neighborhood can feel uneven, with occasional reports of loitering, though security is present at night. Overall, most guests had a decent experience and would stay again, recommending it for a night or two.
Literally the comfiest bed ive ever laid in while traveling. Slept like a baby!

Nice clean room Like the colors for the room Plenty of parking Ice machine worked Continental Breakfast was nothing special but did the trick. I liked the innovative suggestions on how to spice up the typical Continental Breakfast offerings.

No microwaves in the rooms. There is one in the lobby that everyone shares. No coffee in the rooms either. My room smelled of mildew. Besides that good stay.
