“I was able to save $1,700 off of the quote that the dealership gave me by taking my Prius here. I was on a long drive back from San Francisco to San Diego when I got the check hybrid warning on my Prius. After having to stay in Bakersfield for two nights, I got in touch with Charlene and she was just great. She was answering the phones but almost seemed like she should have been under the car fixing it. Extremely knowledgeable, sweet and understanding. And she also did her best to get all of the work done for me within 3 hours. So I didn't have to stay in Bakersfield for a third night. Also the local tow truck driver who brought the Prius there said that it was a really good place on the way over there. You know you can trust it when the locals speak highly of it. Five stars”
“Being taking my vehicle for transportation repairs. Afte transmission overhaul. There was an oil leak. They claim it was a retaining seal. But my vehicle still has some issues. It's having a ruff start rpm needle moving up and down. Overall I'm still having car issues. Today I'm going to take my vehicle back to the shop again.”

“This family run business is great. Everyone was very professional and very communicative. They were reasonably priced and did great work. The transmission in our 98 ford explorer went out and we lost reverse only. They rebuilt the whole transmission and went through everything. They ran into a problem with our car being stuck in 4 wheel drive low and called to ask us questions and work out a plan for it. I will be recommending this shop to anyone who asks me for a transmission recommendation. And we will likely be taking our other truck here in the future when we are ready to have it worked on.
