Excellent customer service from a well trained staff!!! She tried to redeem UPS from a past incident that was beyond UPS control. However, she reassured a safe delivery by double checking the physical address, redoing the label, as well as signature of delivery and tracking logistics.

I gave a 10 because when I came into the store the staff had a pleasant attitude this is location I always go to and every time they have a pleasant attitude and I love it.
