I've never had a bad experience. On Saturday, Tania at the Stockdale Highway store went out of her way to help me get my package into the store. She even smiled and thanked me. Customer service from this employee was great!

I love the ups store on gosford and stockdale the young man today was kind and very helpful and friendly.
