“These guys are absolutely fantastic. They were able to see me before other shops in my area (Reno/Tahoe), they did great work, and they're great guys. They even went the extra mile when they could have told me to get bent. My rental car coverage through Geico was 30 days or $1,500, which ever was exhausted first. The job took a bit longer than anticipated due to parts and labor shortage, so the fine people at Will's Auto Body picked up the difference over my $1,500 max, which was incredibly kind. So much so that I felt absolutely compelled to write them a stellar review. They were referred to me by my brother, who has a similarly wonderful experience with them. “I went here for a cash estimate on a ding from a parking structure. It seemed such a small thing but repairs cost a bundle. I did not want to go through insurance. Aaron offered to clean up the area to make it less apparent. After getting a comparison estimate from another shop, even higher, I took him up on the offer. What he did made such a difference that I do not see the need to spend Thousands on repairs. He also carefully explained the rationale for difference between the two estimates. I was blown away by Aaron's generosity & professionalism. This will be my go to shop should I need body repair services.”

“Glad to find a local detailing supply house and even better, I am super impressed with how Pelle (the owner) handled a problem that I encountered.The backing plate that I bought from them with thread adapter the week before came off my DA while buffing and did some damage to my paint.Pelle had a guy drive and pick up the proper backing plate (CG’s were out of stock) from a different vendor and return it to me while I was there!Then he Volunteered to have a dent-less paint guy take care of the damage without me having to ask.Very impressed and I appreciate it.Will definitely be back!Thanks!!”

“I'm a bit disappointed to have to give RT a 4 star review as historically I have had good experiences with them. Their prices and selection tend to be very good, and I have had good service in the past.On my most recent visit a couple weeks ago (11/9), I purchased and had installed a set of 4 higher end tires (275/35/21). The price was very reasonable ($850 out the door), and they could install them right away. I walked down the street for some coffee, and the vehicle was ready when I came back. If my experience ended there, it would have been 5 stars. Unfortunately, that Sunday (11/12) I noticed the car was missing its lug caps on one of my wheels. I know they were present prior to the install as I had coincidentally taken a picture the day before they put the new tires on and the car was in the background where you can clearly see them (and who the heck would steal lug caps, especially off only one wheel). RT was closed as it was Sunday so I went the following Monday (11/13). When I went in, I asked the person at the front desk if they had any missing lug caps. He said their side had nothing to do with the installs as they just sold the tires so he sent me to the back. A young man came out and tried to help me, claiming they had just cleaned the shop and they hadn't seen any caps. He searched the back and checked a couple spots up front. He also had me check my spare tire and glove box, but no luck. He then took down my number telling me his manager would call me, but it's now been a week and a half with no callback. If they had found my lug caps, offered to replace them (we're talking less than $20 in parts), or even offered me like $15-20 in future credit, I wouldn't be docking them a star. Unfortunately they didn't even bother to call back so here we are. So bottom line is I still recommend RT, but make sure to double check their work and ensure you have all your lug caps!”

I've had my Tesla Model X for 5 years, unfortunately, within those five years, I was involved 2 major accidents, but have experienced 3 different "Tesla" approved shops. The 3rd is Brooks and in so pleased to have stumbled onto this place. Renzo and Jessie are awesome! They do their best to move you up on the shop's very busy schedule and they actually work FOR YOU, and NOT to the whims of insurance companies! “These guys are great, and did a phenomenal job on my car. Zach and crew were friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. I had substantial damage to the front bumper and passenger side quarter panel, including damage to the radiator and cooing fan. Carstar Russo found everything and fixed it so I can't even tell that the car had been repaired. And they did it in only 4 days!! I came in on Tuesday morning, and it was ready to go that same Friday afternoon. To make sure all was OK they performed extensive testing and inspection several times. “Very nice facilities. They have a shop on-site and can order anything if they don't have an item you need. Dedicated sales people on the phone know very knowledgeable and it was a breeze to confirm that they can do the job before I drove for miles to another county. They are fairly busy, and an appointment is most likely required. Upon arrival I was greeted and after a short wait the "yes, sir" guy checked my appointment, confirmed the part number, I brought my parts, and my car was on the way to the garage area. Did I mention they are busy? The mechanic was knowledgeable and immediately confirmed extra effort needed for my job which we discussed beforehand, it required taking off the bumper, installing the hitch and putting the car back up together.
