“Super smooth move! Eric did a great job coordinating everything and making updates whenever I had any logistical changes. He is very responsive and answered any questions I had along the way thoroughly which I appreciate. The movers in both NY and CA were amazing too. They got everything moved insanely fast even in the rain. The system they use to keep track of inventory is great as well - received all my items within the specified timeframe and in good condition. Would definitely recommend!”

“Professional Moving was awesome! From the first call and emailing details, it was very straightforward and quick with the responses. I scheduled the guys for a Saturday and they were on time and professional.
I closed a branch of my printing business so there was a lot of heavy boxes of paper and supplies, but more importantly, printers and copiers that are super bulky and heavy. They were great about wrapping and protecting them, along with the transport. Everything went smooth with the pickup and the drop off.

“Much thanks to the location at Long Beach Avenue. It is always easy to acquire a cart by submitting a photo ID. The staff are very professional and deliver service with a smile, which is rare nowadays. They made me feel like a million bucks as I worked on my storage unit. Special shout out to Ivan for being extremely helpful and super friendly. They seriously go above and beyond at this spot. Always clean and plenty of parking.”

Moving is an incredibly stressful experience and she listened and offered guidance and a kind ear when I needed one. The facility is clean, easy to access, and well maintained. I have had no issues other than myself forgetting to check when it closed. Noemi went above and beyond and stayed late one night when it locked us out at 6pm, per its operating hours (and I totally forgot).
