“What place do you know will resolve an issue with an order from 7 months ago?? Jameco. I wouldn't expect any business to be much help, but they did.
I left an order unopened for 7 months. Upon opening, I realized there was an issue. A simple email to their customer service explaining the situation and they responded within one business day with a resolution. No fuss. No long hold times. No arguing. No back and forth. Just resolution :)
One email. Zero frustration. Five star customer service!”
“After a month long carnival of misfortune, Lear from customer service solved my problem literally overnight. If you had a bad experience here, they will go above and beyond to assure you that that is absolutely the antithesis of their brand and intentions. Hard pivoted my opinions and got a repeat customer out of me.”
“I’m an Italian tourist on vacation in the US, and I decided to join the Hobbit prerelease event at this store.
I loved the experience! Everyone, from the owner to the other players, made me feel very welcome. I never felt like a stranger, instead, it felt just like playing at my local game store back home in Italy
Thanks!”
“Jordan is an amazing guy and very pleasant to talk to. Very knowledgeable when it comes to cards and clearly appreciates every customer. Only been here once, but definitely plan on visiting again.”
“I was in Menlo Park Ca.today coming from Fresno ca. I had droped my friend of in San Jose for shoulder surgery. I went to a couple of coin shops while he was in Surgery ,Stopped at Camino coin co.had a great experience very nice and, easy. I purchased a 5 oz sliver bar at a very fair price .Asked What they pay for Silver Eagle the price was very very reasonable at least the day I I I I know prices change them continuously .I felt like this would be the typical experience there.I would have bought more but I got call from the hospital that my friend was ready to be picked up. I get up that way every so often ,next time I get up that way Im definitely gonna drop in and either buy ,sell or do a little of both.”
“Owner is really knowledgeable about products in the store , and always willing to help customers with respect and great coustomer service , been coming to the store for years and will continue to do so”
“As a small time artist and DIY screen printer I really bank on experience of the team at Anthem. They have taken away the hardship and costly challenges of trying to burn screens in my bathroom. They provide an awesome service that I, personally, am happy to rely on. Customer service (I’ve had Carol)is always on point and very communicative. This service allows me to focus on my art and printing and provides the comfort of knowing an experienced team of professionals are on my side for a fraction of the cost of hiring employees of my own. Thank you Anthem”
“I like this B&N location. It's a real shame it's closing down. It is a mid-sized location, not one of the overwhelmingly large locations that's mostly empty space anyway. Just one level. Even so, I was happy with the selection. Plenty of books to choose from. I had no shortage on my visit. Employees are mostly friendly and chatty, although the guy working the floor seemed to have too much to do. The parking lot can get chaotic though, so keep your eyes open. This place is worth a visit. Grab what you can while it's still around.”
“If you need professional plastic fabricators for a small or large project, this is the place. Raiden fabricated some intricate shelves and covers for me, and they excelled with the outcome being awesome. Great place and great work. Very friendly as well.”
“Lemo Fox Mini-Z is actually a permanent indoor radio controlled car race track. The track is for 1:28 RC race cars. Inside Line Racing (check them out on Facebook) manages the track and the races. They have loaner cars for you to try. It's the closest place near San Francisco to race RC cars. The people there are passionate, super friendly and very helpful. I showed up with almost no RC car experience. I loved the challenge - it's not easy. They helped me becoming a better driver and I'm now able to compete at national level. If interested, contact them through the messaging feature on their website.”
“Are you moving, downsizing or going through old card, postcard, coins or stamp collections passed down from generations? Looking for a collection shop that has FREE appraisals and whose business has been passed down through generations? Look no further than Abro Stamps! I stopped by a few days ago to give my family's stamp collection and Alan was highly knowledgeable on the collection. He followed COVID-19 procedures and the process of appraisal-to-payment was contact-less and seamless. Highly Recommended for Everyone in the Bay Area!”
“I found wonderful things here

“Omg! Stephanie is the best! She helped me a lot with everything I needed. I got balloons, returns, good attitude and an amazing smile!
The best Michael’s location ever!”
“I come here sometimes weekly, because I have small projects I'm always working on, and I have a daughter who is really into arts and crafts. Also it's a great place for gifts for her friends. Especially with other crafting stores closing everywhere, I hope this one stays open for a long time. Pricing is reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful.”
“Highly recommended this place 100% im a UK buyer and it was better for me to buy and pay for this shipping from theses guys then it was going to any UK online stores will definitely be buying again real soon”

“Been going regularly since discovering this place about a year ago. The place is amazing, staff is on top of their game, the selection is always great, and there are rarely ever parking problems at the plaza!”
