“A very nice place to stay the night, the innkeepers are very nice and easy to work with even if you mess up your reservation booking. Many places to eat El Camino avenue, McDonald's we've been walking distance. Clean newly appointed rooms, comfortable beds, TV, WiFi all worked well, great location and fair pricing.”
“We had a wonderful experience at the Homewood Suites in Belmont thanks to Lina at the front desk. We were not hotel patrons and were simply using the car charging facility, yet Lina was incredibly hospitable and generous, checking in on us and making sure we were comfortable. What really stood out was that she treated every guest with the same warmth and a genuine smile. When you are tired and struggling, that kind of kindness makes such a difference. “This is probably the first time I’ve voluntarily written a review. My piercing cap fell out late at night and I asked Vincent for an alcohol wipe. After I explained the situation, he went above and beyond to help me. he even found a sewing kit, and the needle helped me put it back in after an hour of struggling. He genuinely saved my day and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks Vincent for making the stay so much happier!”
