“Great option to stay in the Bay Area without spending a fortune. The hotel is your typical no-frills 3-star establishment. Nothing special, but clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. I wouldn't call the staff particularly friendly, but they were professional and took care of our requests efficiently. Breakfast is standard cheap hotel fare - nothing special, and it's the same thing every day, but it meets expectations at this price point. The location is great! Right in the middle of San Carlos, walking distance to several nice restaurants (I highly recommend Nursel), only a 15 minute drive to the airport, and a 10 minute walk to the Caltrain station. Overall, great value and matched what we expected from a hotel of this class.”

Despite the renovations taking place during my stay, JESUS went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and pleasant stay by placing me in a newly renovated room with a stunning view of the San Carlos airport.
The proximity to shopping and businesses was also a major plus for me, making my trip even more convenient.
The highlight of my stay was definitely the delicious breakfast. The hot, fresh waffles and eggs were a perfect start to my day, made even better by the friendly service from the waitress.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the San Francisco area. The exceptional service, great amenities, and tasty breakfast make it a top choice in the area. I look forward to staying here again in the future.”

“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was convenient. However, the only issue was that the main door didn't fully close, allowing a lot of noise to enter, making it feel like the door was wide open. I hope they can fix that soon. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.”
