“I unfortunately had to take my little girl (Chihuahua) in for an abscess that developed due to an incorrect vaccine she was given elsewhere. The fantastic staff and doctors took great care of her and I'm grateful for their help. It was a traumatic experience but I'm happy to report she's back to normal and doing well. Highly recommended should your pet require medical care.”

“It was so hard to find a new Veterinarian after Oceana Pet Hospital closed. We tried a few, but none really stuck until we met Dr. Tais at Masson. “We’re so grateful to have found this amazing place. Due to a cancellation, John was able to schedule us earlier before the holidays. Everyone is helpful and supportive from the first assessment to the subsequent physical therapy sessions. Our pet was diagnosed with FCE and was temporarily paralyzed in all four legs. Prior to finding Scout’s house, the ver prescribed steroids and pain killers, which made our dog miserable. We were quite at a loss about providing proper care.After his first session with Krista, he was able to sleep peacefully through the night. 3 sessions later, he is now able to walk again. We’re very thankful for their compassion and kindness.”

“I have worked with Dr. St. Lawrence and Dr. Calhoun, and have been very impressed with both.Dr. St. Lawrence was thorough in explaining options for my dog when I brought her in for anxiety and pacing, and happy to answer all of my (many!) questions. He sent follow up emails to check on my dog several weeks after her appointment, and even filled a prescription over email when I decided to get some meds for her a couple months after her anxiety appointment. I have recommended Woodside to a friend who brought her dog in for blood work, and Dr. St. Lawrence sent her a follow up email to check on her pooch too.Dr. Calhoun saw my dog for a consultation and then a dental to remove all of her teeth. He was incredibly understanding of my need to understand and know about every charge on our bill, and was very honest about what is and isn't needed and the pros and cons of every decision. On one visit he came out to the waiting room as I was paying just to say goodbye to my dog -- he clearly was enamored with her and it's wonderful to have a vet that so clearly loves pets as much as their owners do. In the weeks after her dental Dr. Calhoun continued to help me figure out the most cost effective plan for post-op pain meds, even if it included ordering some things online not through the clinic.Do your own research for your needs, but from what I've gathered Woodside seems on the low end cost-wise for vets in this area, and I couldn't be happier with the care my dog has received.Update: I have since also worked with Dr. Ravn and she was wonderful. SO thoughtful and thorough with explanations and care of my beloved pup.Another update: I just had the most helpful vet phone call of my life with Megan at the front desk. After several years of not having a dog, I'm doing research again to get my new boy in for a dental. While most clinics wouldn't even tell me their own pricing, Megan gave me detailed info and recommendations. Thank you Megan!!!”
