“I love post.script. for a lot of different reasons. It’s such a pretty shop, I love the white walls, that allows all of the colorful items for sale to really pop! The intimate store is also laid out nicely, with many items, easy to see and reach comfortably. And then, the items! It’s such a thoughtful, interesting collection of things for sale, you’re sure to find a great present for your special person. It’s also a small business, locally owned and locally popular. With lots of fun events, I’ve been to a few and made some great connections. Chandler has made a special place that adds to the fun of exploring Filmore Street.”

A lot of fragrance places have poor service,aren't knowledgeable, and did have a great selection of niche fragrances. This place had knowledge, had great selection, and absolutely great service. “A few words about Luke, the salesperson we worked with at ANA. On the internet, we found some end tables we thought would match a bed we had bought elsewhere. Luke was able to verify that it would, and sent us pictures to reassure us. Since we live 60 miles away, and delivery would have been prohibitively expensive, we wanted to make sure the tables were moved to the showroom from the warehouse before we travelled there. Once again, Luke double checked before we drove in. Once there, Luke obliged us when we asked to open the box to make sure the pieces were undamaged. Sadly, one of them had been crunched on an edge despite considerable packing. Luke offered us a floor model as a replacement and gave us a considerable discount. He even helped us put the tables in the car. We rarely have encountered such a careful and considerate salesperson. The showroom is spacious and well laid out, if a bit bare bones. Prospective clients are advised to call ahead and make sure you know how to get into the parking lot, which is gated at the end of a dead end street. Street parking is difficult. Prices are competitive. We were stuck by how the same pieces at other stores are marked up higher than at ANA. Overall, ANA is well worth a trip downtown.”

“I had the opportunity to have my birthday party at Moonshot Studio and I had a blast with my friends! The owner, Teresa, was a wonderful host along with her staff. I reserved a scent bar along with the backroom and everyone was so accommodating! All of my friends stated what a great time they had, and how much they loved their candles and room sprays. Everyone’s scent was so unique and it was a souvenir they could take home that reminded them of a great event. “I love Cliff's. It's such a fun store. I go here for almost all of my hardware needs. And sometimes just to browse (Warning: You'll be hard pressed not to purchase anything if you're just browsing. So much cool stuff here.) The very best thing about Cliff's, though, hands down are its knowledgeable and friendly staff. Case in point: Last year, while cleaning our bathroom, I accidentally broke our porcelain toilet bowl (yikes!). I'm not handy and Googled info on how to fix it. I then went to Cliff's to purchase what I needed to patch it up until the toilet bowl could be replaced. When I got to Cliff's, there were a lot of different glue and tape options available and I wasn't quite sure what to buy. Should be simple, right? But would they all work on porcelain? Did I need something waterproof? Of all these options, what was best for my situation? One of the staff and he was happy to give me some guidance. He helped me choose the right products and then gave me advice on how to use them. His advice was spot on. While you may save a couple of bucks by ordering stuff online, the invaluable advice that you get from places like Cliff's isn't something you're going to get from Amazon. Grateful that gems like these still exist.”

“My fiancé and I LOVED visiting the store in San Rafael! We live in SF and frequently look online, but this was the first time we visited a store in-person. I was like a kid in a candy shop - it was beautiful and so well designed! I want to give a special shoutout to Cedric for going above and beyond! He gave us a proper tour of the store, provided excellent advice for designing our new apartment, and helped us purchase two more kitchen chairs that matched our other Scandinavian Designs chairs at home. Once they arrived during the week, he really went out of his way to help us accept delivery. Cedric is the best - he made our trip so memorable and because of him, we will keep coming back! “I had driven by Routes Gallery many times and always wondered what it was; today I was waiting for someone shopping next door at United so I decided to check it out. Routes has such a spacious and peaceful outdoor area with an assortment of plants and Buddhist and Hindu sculptures. Step inside and be immersed in more art and culture. There were Tibetan prayer flags, sage, bamboo, crystals, beads, and more. The singing bowls caught my attention. The owner of Routes was at the gallery; he was so friendly and I appreciated that he took time to talk to me and share his knowledge of the different bowls (they had metal and crystal). While I didn't buy anything on this visit to Routes, I enjoyed browsing the gallery and taking in the energy. I'll definitely be back!”

“After a delightful visit to their store in the Mission District, my friends and I decided to come see their Sausalito studio shop as well to see if we'd find other items to our liking. At the other shop we bought 2 dessert bowls from the Rim line. The Sausalito location is sizeable. Showrooms are smaller than Mission location, but still a lot of stock to browse through. The parking lot outside is on unfinished ground -- so beware of large puddles and uneven flooring. Once inside, they offer all their usual collections AND also a whole wall of "factory seconds". These are items that are good to use, but may have some minor defects. They were also come at a discounted price! We were there on Thurs, Dec 28 and it was very busy. Lots of people coming in and out and not much room to move around. It was good that they had about 2 staff at the cashier, and 2 other younger staff milling about to help with any questions. Many of them were masked which I also appreciated during this season of high covid/flu/cold transmission! They also had a small cart by the cashier that was for items you want to buy -- so you can put down safely while continuing to browse. I found a couple of beautiful matte side platters in Chile from the factory seconds wall, and also from the regular section: 2 plates from the Rim line to go with the dessert bowls I had already purchased the week before. As with previous experience, I told the staff here that I was flying with these items and so they wrapped them up with thick packing paper, and they made it safely home. I love how they all look fantastic together, and also look very "Heath"! I've used them a couple of times thus far. I've be hand-washing these items carefully. Will see how they last!”
