“Intelligent Office is an amazing option for all business types. The Management (Sierra Van Derkamp) is very hands on. The offices are beautiful, conference rooms ideal and the public areas (lobby, restrooms & coffee area) immaculate. Free parking is a definite perk. This is a perfect alternative to a home office!! We just had our holiday party there and everyone loved the location and ambiance!”

“I love the efficiency of this DHL outlet. After researching several locations wherein I could trust my family's precious documents to send out overseas, THIS place consistently answered the phones for questions BY the owner himself AND it felt safe that he has had an ongoing relationship with DHL for 20+ years! Other DHL outlets closer to where I live never answered their phones or had questionable dependability. In the middle of a busy work day, it was worth it driving the extra few miles.”

“I rented a uhaul truck for my move. The owner was very friendly and gave me a holiday gift of not having to put gas in truck before returning it. Everything went smoothly and I returned the truck and put the key in the drop box. It was way less crowded and easier than going to a regular uhaul place.”

I've witnessed her advise a customer when her shipping cost seemed inappropriate so they may choose an alternate like the USPS. You don't see that often in a competitive business environment. “Convenient and easy-to-use UPS shopping. It's located in Palos Verdes Mall, which is a small little shopping center in an otherwise residential area. Not a lot of traffic and hassles getting in or out, and this particular location isn't really busy so the service efficiency is very good. And it is just as good as going to any other UPS shipping location.”

“The only thing I really use UPS for is returning Amazon packages now and then and I've been to this store a couple time and got in and out relatively quick. There's never been a line here that I've seen, not to say it doesn't happen because other UPS stores I've been to always have long lines. But so far so good. Glad to have a place like this I can run in real quick, get my receipt and be on my way, which is how it should be.”

“I had to ship 5 large boxes internationally today, and although the process was pretty involved, Rita was so accommodating and helpful. She was patient and organized with all of the paperwork that had to be done, and we got it done in about an hour. The store was pretty busy, and they did their best to get all of us taken care of. Would recommend this place all day!”

I've read the other reviews, and maybe I've just lucked out, but I've been helped by some of the most gracious, accommodating and competent people at this location. As far as cost, it's less expensive than FedEx and more expensive than USPS (which I avoid at all costs).”
“Super efficient notary, mail service, and live scan fingerprint vendor. The lady behind the desk informed me where to wait for fingerprints and the technician knew exactly what he was doing and got me in and out in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend!”
