“Absolutely the Best Customer Service Ever! The Owner is incredible. There was an issue with my FedEx delivery and he stayed on it, contacting FedEx daily and figuring out a way to get my notarized papers to where they needed to be before the deadline! He is kind, considerate and always helpful. This is not the first time he has assisted us and always comes through. We will definitely be our "go to" before we go anywhere else - because honestly, he can't help that FedEx screwed up, but he did everything he could to remedy the situation and got it done and that is what's important! Thank you.”

“Amazing customer service! The owner is very considerate & kind! As I was approaching the store, I noticed that he was locking up, but when he saw me and my sister he immediately opened the door to process our shipment. Thank you so much!”

“The staff at this UPS location are always helpful, professional and friendly. They are inundated with Amazon returns. They offer bag drop off so that they can use previously used shipping bags for future Amazon returns. This action demonstrates respect for our planet and goes a long way in the reduce, reuse and recycle efforts.”
