“OMG! In and out in less than 15 mins AND I am a very hard draw with only one or 2 spots to draw from. Willie listened to me and did not try to look anywhere else (iykyk). His hand was smooth and steady and he was very relaxed. I will definitely be coming back here for future blood work, best in the Bay Area I've met!”

“Being a professional driver is a great job. One of the requirements is having to find a Drug Testing service. It can be difficult to find a good one.Search no further fellow drivers! Sign up with C-DAT.Having had terrible experiences with other testing services (expensive, lousy customer service) I found C-DAT a few years ago and am glad I did.Great price, and best of all, great customer service. A human takes your calls and answers questions and provides information, always professional, friendly, and informative. These days it is difficult and rate to find such great service. And their connections to many testing centers means you can find a location near you that works with your schedule.Sign up with C-DAT. You will be glad you did.”

“Very good Phlebotomist; very quick service; has Saturday and Sunday hours.Only con: finding the lab if it is your 1st visit: go in side of the main entrance for John Muir. Let staff know you are there for LabCorps; you are told to use hand gel + put on surgical mask (on top of the one you are wearing); the go towards the cafeteria and take your 1st left: look for the door with Glass Windows. Sign in + register + get your lab drawn. We arrived 1005 am for a 1030 am appointment = finished by 1010am!Update: lab is now located at the Cancer Pavilion - see the new pictures.”

“As a dental office, we look for quality above all else, but it definitely helps to have quick turn around as well. They never compromise patient comfort or efficiency. Their facility is extremely clean and well organized. Thank you for all of your hard work!”

“My 10 yo always has a hard time, stumping phlebotomist right and left. They can never find her veins. (Yes, we hydrate and stay warm, wear layers, etc.) we have tried three Labcorp sites. And at each site, they poke her twice without success. Finally, at the Walnut Creek site we found Marcelino, the very best phlebotomist. My kiddo says he is magical. He found her vein on the first try. We have gone back to him after other failed attempts elsewhere. He find her vein on the first try.”

“Daniel Moreno and his talented chefs do an amazing job providing delicious and nutritious food for the Bio Rad employees and guests. I stopped by for lunch in between meetings at his Cafe and was greeted with a variety of menu options. Today's special included a chicken tostadas topped with black beans, avocados, chopped lettuce, Mexican shredded cheese, heirloom cherry tomatoes and mild sour creama drizzle. Outstanding!”

“I have never had a complaint when I have been to this labcor location - the receptionist was cheerful and the technician hit the vein first time as usual - for some where you go and expect the worst these people make it so much better!!!”

“Agree with Missy G (5/27/21) that they are good with toddlers. Four stars is generous, but this place is better than the LabCorp places that I've been to and much, much better than Concentra also. What's great:Three-year-old Jenbert Jr was not traumatized by this event. Matter of fact, she said at bedtime that she's grateful for the "doctor" who drew her blood. Our phlebotomist was patient, made small conversation with Jenbert Jr, and explained what was going on. I don't remember her name, but she was good and Jenbert Jr didn't cry. If I can't get a pediatric phlebotomist, I'll definitely take this one again. Five stars for her. What isn't so great:We had a 10:00 appointment and still had to wait until about 10:20 to be seen. Check-in is self-service at a kiosk where you scan your appointment QR code, your ID, your insurance card, so nothing in the way of customer service. If you have questions, you're SOL because there's no one to talk to except for the security guard (who technically isn't Quest staff). Two stars for a DIY check-in with no customer service. They also seem short-staffed.”

“I agree Ed is amazing. He needs to train all the blood drawers I’ve ever had in my life. I can think of three that didn’t cause any sort of pain in 40 years and Ed is one of them.”

“The girl at the front desk that checked me in was quick and efficient. The other lady that took my blood was extremely kind. I let her know that I am a wuss when it comes to getting my blood drawn, and she was kind enough to continue conversation with me the entire time to distract me. I didn't get their names, but I'll update my review if I see them next time! Getting bloodwork done is never fun, but the staff here made it as easy and painless as possible! I'll definitely continue to come to this location.”

“I've been seeing a new doctor, who wanted me to get a Heartscan. So, off I went to be a good boy and get things medically done.It was a Saturday when I researched where I could get it done. Online, I filled out all my info and had hoped I could get the scan in South San Francisco. I hit submit, and got a strange website error. Instead, I sent the same info in an email. On Monday morning, I got a response that the South San Francisco closed during the pandemic. So, only Walnut Creek was available. They had several opening before, but I opted for a few days later when it would be more convenient for me to go to Walnut Creek. The location is a little off the freeway, and an older medical office building. Inside, it's simple but clean. I met the very nice lady that I had been emailing with, waited a few mins, and was seen by the tech for my scan. Easy-peasy. I laid down, and just my head and midway thru my torso into the machine. They took 2 different images, and it took a total of 5 mins (or less). In about a week, I had my results (mailed), and my doc also got them. Amazing technology and report: images, calcium volume score, and really telling and informative stats on your arteries (left main, LAD, LCX, RCA, and other) showing number of lesions, a [Agatson] Calcium score, and a Calcium Volume score. Also, very helpful comments and written analysis.Very good, and helpful, for sure. Insurance doesn't cover this, so it could be $495 out of pocket. My doc gave me a $100 coupon, so that was good.#Recommended”

“I assure you, quest in Vallejo is not by any means the worst laboratory. Try getting to San Pablo and getting anything done. Quest used to be good in Vallejo and that's why I'm going back there, because I'm in tears when I think of going to either send Pablo or Hercules. My main problem is with the net site and not being able to make an appointment, although I signed didn't correctly with no problems. They have an endless round where they send you were around for location and reason I think I went about eight times. . I am not looking for another lab besides quest. But for now Better the devil you know so I'm going to Vallejo from Pinole.”

“Recently me and my husband had appointments for our life insurance medical exam . Our medical examiner was Beverly and we were absolutely satisfied with the service provided. She was very professional and courteous, made us both feel comfortable including my husband that normally gets very anxious in hospitals or any type of clinics. Thank you ExamOne!!!”
