“The nicest people in town own this business. They are so helpful and kind. I have had a mailbox here for at least 10 years. Even when I moved out the area I still kept my box here because of the customer service. When I moved back to town I was glad I kept it because the word was out that this is the place to do business. I absolutely adore Tim and Marry Tess. Now their children work there too and they are the sweetest. The apple did not fall far from the tree. If you need a mailbox, copy service, or if your mailing something off, please go here and do business with them, you will be glad you did.”

“I've had a box here for nearly five years now and the very few mishaps having taken place aren't even worth mentioning. The proprietor has always been fair, helpful and honest with me and others. I've witnessed her advise a customer when her shipping cost seemed inappropriate so they may choose an alternate like the USPS. You don't see that often in a competitive business environment. “Our Dad passed away last week and we needed to print out his obituaries. Of course, we waited until the morning of the memorial service to print. We went to OfficeMax to get some help and we were directed to use the self service printers. It didn't have many settings on it and because the obituary was front and back, we didn't think it'd print out correctly. A gentleman named Mel Hoskins approached us and asked if we needed help; we which desperately did. We explained the situation and he gave us a few suggestions. The PDF we created cut off during the initial print out so we had to fix it before we could continue printing. Mel was patient the entire time. He suggested different solutions and explained why the format needed to be the way it needed to be. As a result, the obituary format was fixed and we got 50 copies printed right then and there. Mel's customer service was exceptional. On such a tough day, he was patient, caring, and willing to walk us through each obstacle we faced. I don't know if there's an employee award or recognition he can receive, but if there is, please acknowledge Mel. Mel, thank you again for your patience and kindness.”

“So my printer scanner and fax aren't working so I came over to FedEx. I'm so glad that I did. It was so easy, mainly because the people here are so helpful and friendly. They don't make you feel stupid for not knowing how to use something. They jump right in and are eager to help.

I want to send a special thanks to Tiffany and Makayla. They gave best customer service I've had in a long time.

Tiffany walked me through exactly how to use their scanner and fax. Michaela took the time to find all of my receipts and print them out for me so that I can get reimbursed by the company that I'm working with. Faxes are not cheap LOL.

I won't hesitate to come here again if needed.”
