“Dealing with Trew was an absolute pleasure. Being a loyal customer, I felt Trew was very knowledgeable and communicated my options clearly. I left more educated and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Thanks Trew!”
“EidS TV is truly exceptional. The owner went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot an issue with my TV—even after I told him I planned to handle the repair myself. He was incredibly generous with his time, offering to have his technicians review photos and videos I sent, and thanks to his guidance, I was able to pinpoint the issue and figure out the best next steps.
What really impressed me was how helpful, kind, and responsive he was, even knowing I might not use their services this time around. That kind of integrity and support is rare. EidS TV has absolutely earned my trust and respect—if I ever need electronics repaired in the future, this is the only place I’ll go. Highly recommend!”
“Good service. Thoughtful and honest. Always do my phone related biz there. Boss is a good man,and the employees are knowledgeable, patiently answering even the most dumbest questions, like" so will this phone I just bought make calls"? .....Myself, I woulda just given the "look" you know the one., Be Good, or Be Good at "It". “Tl;dr - I'm only writing this review because Target needs more staff if they are going to maintain half the aisles under lockdown. Otherwise, it's going to become not worth shopping here.I shop here frequently because I live in the neighborhood. It is well stocked for its size and it's great for families in terms of the kid aisles and general household, personal care items. The staff are typically very helpful and nice. I understand why they've put so many aisles behind locked cases, but they need more staffing. It's impossible to shop quickly in this store anymore, rendering its former "convenience" for less so. It takes 10 minutes and upwards to get something basic like toothpaste unlocked. The only solution is adding more staff if the locked aisles are staying in place.”
“Had a great experience with some really kind and helpful reps at this location, who went out of their way to help me out on multiple occasions. Really appreciate Theresa in particular for being incredibly patient and competent managing a complicated account setup for me over a couple hours, and answering all of our questions.”

“Eddie was awesome, took time out of his day to help me change my moms account information without any financial benefit. Great guy, great service and I will refer many to him in the future”
“Cricket Wireless is the discount version of AT&T. They even gave me a new phone in preparation of the 5G switch. The woman at the Downtown Berkeley store was really good at handling the switch to the new phone -- it took just about 20-30 minutes. Her name is Tina. I LOVE having a store in downtown -- and I strongly recommend Cricket (Discount AT&T) to students, older people, or anyone who likes a bargain! Each time I have needed help, this Berkeley store has been perfect. THANK YOU!!”

“I had an issue with eSIM card activation on my phone. I came to the store for a quick solution so that I could go back to work. Eddie put the time and effort into helping me figure out what went wrong by communicating with remote Metro Support. He literally facilitated resetting my online account step by step and got my phone working properly again. I knew I was in good hands by observing how he handled the situation from the start. He was acting professionally and with a supportive attitude. I appreciate what he did for me. For people who sign up for service online and need help from a local store, please don't take assistance from a local store for granted.”
“Amazing service. I was trading-in MacBook and iPhone for Air I bought 2 weeks ago in Boston. He solved a problem that Boston was helpless with. Damien was incredibly swift and helpful and gave me some good Mac tips when I asked.”
“I had an excellent visit with Jessica at Verizon’s 2209 Shattuck store in Berkeley, CA. I am 81 and a little light on tech skills and somehow cut off my Verizon internet access. Jessica not only reestablished my internet connection (invaluable, as I am traveling), but showed me how to clear the dozens and dozens of open tabs wearing my battery down. Made my day!”
