We came in on a Tuesday afternoon and it was pretty busy, the guy that checked us in put us down for Spanish speaking service when we told him we had no preference, so when I noticed several people that came in after us got called ahead of us, I went back to the check in desk and thankfully was assisted by Dejoun. When I told him what happened he immediately stepped up to help us removing himself from the check in desk to help us with our issue. He honestly made it up for us. Very grateful for the great customer service. Only taking one star off for the guy who made us wait an extra while for checking us in wrong.”
