They gave me the wrong receipt and maybe drive back to pick up the correct one. They also wouldn't let me return equipment that I rented from and said I had to do everything over the phone which was a nightmare.

Unacommodating staff and antiquated policies which make it impossible for customers with busy schedules to solve their issues. Switching to Verizon now.

Went into the store to switch over my phone from Verizon and the process was mostly smooth. The staff knew what they were doing and were helpful. One thing that sets this location apart is that it is properly staffed. There were enough employees to help out everyone fairly efficiently.
