I ended up finding a ton of things here that I usually have to order online. Riccia moss. A softball size of very green Java moss. Malaysian driftwood.
I went in for 1 item and left with an amazing haul.
Worth every penny.
Prices are on point ( considering he’s a brick and mortar store) someone would be stupid to go online if they had this place close by.. At least you know what you’re getting and you can see it with your eyes at this shop. And that’s a big deal to me because of the hot temperatures. I don’t want live plants to be shipped. Don’t know how many times I’ve ordered stuff online and then when it arrives, it’s not quite as good as the photos or whatever.
I’m coming back for more. Because if you don’t try this place out?, That means more for me .. lol”
“Emerson’s is our absolute favorite pet shop! The owner is not only extremely knowledgeable in pet nutrition, but he also genuinely cares for every animal that walks through the door. The store manager; Olive, also loves to greet you!
My cats love the treats and canned food he has to offer, and my dog loves the frozen Buffalo treats. We also have them on all of the amazing supplements he has to offer!
We recommend Emerson’s pet nutrition to all of our friends and family as it is our go to place in the valley!”

“We try to buy local as often as we can so finding duck food for the kids to take to the park was our reason for heading to the Feed Lot. Very nice and helpful even if a bit out of the way. In the cooler months they have chickens and ducks and bunnies so we will definitely the the kids with us!”

“I was unable to find a 4 pound bag of a certain dog food anywhere. I stopped into this Petco (Palm Desert) I was able to speak to the manager Casey. She was very willing to help me she was able to lead me right to the dog food I was looking for. Casey also let me know that in the future if they didn't have the food in stock to let her know and she would order it for me. This store is very well stocked and very clean. All the employees were very polite and friendly paying a lot of attention to my dog and giving her plenty of cookies. I highly recommend this pet store.”
