DIOR Saks Beverly Hills is an awesome, old school store and a long-standing destination for upscale buyers seeking fine clothing, shoes, and accessories. The store offers great retail therapy with all the luxury brands, like Chanel and Louis Vuitton, conveniently in one place. The multi-floor layout can be confusing at first, with different loft-style sections, but regular visitors learn to navigate it. The sales staff is always helpful and provides the best customer service, being friendly, patient, and super helpful, even offering to ship items for free. They take pride in details, like classy gift-style packaging for shipped orders. The store has a really big sale selection with many good pieces at great value, though for the most part it requires paying top dollar. As the largest Saks in Southern California, it is a women-only store, with a separate men's store across the street. Conveniences include two hours of free parking with a receipt. All around, it provides a really good experience, making customers feel appreciated and eager to return.
I purchased my first Chanel at Saks! It was a good experience. Geoff the SA was super helpful and patient with me while trying out all the bags. I ended up going with the Small Caviar Classic and the Maxi Caviar classics. I just love how all the luxury brands are all in one place. Great retail therapy!

Saks is just an awesome store! I've been a fan of Saks ever since I was born and still is. When you need some retail therapy, please do not forget Saks. It's always there and has been there forever unlike some other stores that just come and go. Stop by, I highly recommended! Ok now, bye.
