“I had an outstanding experience at ASRV Beverly Hills, and I have to give a huge thank you to Prince Jacobs for making it happen.
I’ve been wanting to check out ASRV for a while, but this was my first time actually coming in. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, but Prince really went above and beyond. I was upfront with him that I’ve mostly worn Lululemon and wanted to try ASRV in person to dial in my sizing before ordering online.
He made the whole process seamless.
He took the time to understand how I train, what materials I prefer, and how I’d be using the gear. He didn’t just hand me clothes, he helped put together full outfits, suggested better-fitting options for both training and casual wear, and explained the differences in materials in a way that actually mattered.
This is what retail is supposed to feel like. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. That level of service is rare now, and it stood out immediately.
What really impressed me was the follow-up. Later that night, while setting up my online profile, I texted him a quick question about a style, and he responded in under 30 seconds at 9:30 PM. That kind of responsiveness and care is next level.
I walked out of there feeling confident in the brand and the products, and I’m fully bought in now. Exceptional experience all around.

“First of all I came into the store right before closing to see a dress to wear for our daughter’s wedding and my intention was to come back when we had more time. Tre welcomed me in like a long lost friend and insisted I try it on. He brought me two sizes suggesting I start with the smaller size as he knew the fit. You wouldn’t know they were closing in 15 minutes. He took his time made sure I had some shoes to try on with it and made me feel incredible. It was a literal dream. The dress fits perfectly and I left with the most beautiful dress for her wedding. It was as if it was written in the stars and made for me the fit is perfection. “The store is very welcoming and the window dress from the street view really converse with you...the clothes and other decor really draws you in. While in Beverly Hills, you must do as the Beverly Hills folks do, and that is to window shop...! You walk along looking at all the wonderful items...and then all of a sudden...your no longer outside, but inside of TAGS....where as I entered to get a closer look at more of this prized loot...a very friendly gentleman stopped his work and kindly spoke to me about certain selections in men attire.He was very knowledgeable and indicated he had worked as a personal shopper for a number of entertainers in the past. One I was very familiar with from a former UPN network show that I was a writer on.The young man who is named J.J. gave me a number of wonderful ideas for my wifes upcoming birthday on the 25th of September.He really assisted me by going out of his way to call my wife and direct her on how to make a boutique appointment for specialized shopping needs. He was very attentive to me and my wife on the phone and answered all of her questions and mine with details.He treated us very well. Will come back again in the future.
