Erika was AMAZING!! I ordered a swimsuit online, but it was the wrong size. The new pair she sent me arrived within 2 days. On top of that she assisted me with the return (which is nothing but a hassle for her via Etro's Online Department). Excellent customer service!!!!!... And the swimsuit is nice too.

There was a criminal on the loose near the store & they opened their store for us & made us feel comfortable while the police were outside.
