“I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed my favorite store in the world. I shop here so much that everyone knows my name. The customer service here is exemplary. I am always greeted with a smile and such kind energy. Most stores in this area have a reputation for not being friendly to everybody that walks in but not this store. The cost of the merchandise is very well priced. If you’ve never bought MCM, then I’ll tell you that the quality of the clothing is by far greater than you’d expect. Don’t sleep on MCM. I’ve been rocking this for a while now and they never disappoint. I would definitely recommend this store to shop.”

“The store is very welcoming and the window dress from the street view really converse with you...the clothes and other decor really draws you in. While in Beverly Hills, you must do as the Beverly Hills folks do, and that is to window shop...! You walk along looking at all the wonderful items...and then all of a sudden...your no longer outside, but inside of TAGS....where as I entered to get a closer look at more of this prized loot...a very friendly gentleman stopped his work and kindly spoke to me about certain selections in men attire.He was very knowledgeable and indicated he had worked as a personal shopper for a number of entertainers in the past. One I was very familiar with from a former UPN network show that I was a writer on.The young man who is named J.J. gave me a number of wonderful ideas for my wifes upcoming birthday on the 25th of September.He really assisted me by going out of his way to call my wife and direct her on how to make a boutique appointment for specialized shopping needs. He was very attentive to me and my wife on the phone and answered all of her questions and mine with details.He treated us very well. Will come back again in the future. Most definitely, my wife has set an appointment.I am very impressed with TAGS. The window decore really draws you in.”

“Was looking for pre-owned luxury bags, primarily Gucci, when I came across What Goes Around Comes Around. We did have to wait outside in the heat for maybe 15 minutes, which wasn't fun. After going inside, the experience was great. They didn't have what I was looking for, but they do have a lot of luxury handbags. Some great, quality pieces. Ended up liking a Chanel bag, but chose not to get it because of the strap not being ideal length. Service was great during our visit and we would come again.”

“So happy I found this spot. Neta is a really lovely and sweet person and treated me like she was a friend helping me shop for clothes. I probably put on 30 pairs of pants and jeans to find two that fit perfectly, and she was constantly popping in to check the fits and bring more options. It was refreshing after dealing with some rude salespeople at another store. 100% only dealing with Neta from now on”

“I was in town for an event and realized I had forgotten to pack a tie. This place is incredible. Yes, a broad selection and very reasonable prices. But also: the lost art of real service, rendered earnestly, and without judgement. The place is in its fourth generation of the same family, and I chatted with generation 3 and 4. 4 noticed my shirt was missing a collar stay and ran into the back to grab me one. He also watched me butcher the tying for a moment before kindly tying me up in a sharp half Windsor. These sort of experiences used to be the norm in retail. Now, we should all go out of our way to support their continued existence. Will return next time im in town.”

“I have been captivated by the AllSaints window displays since they opened earlier this year and I finally got a chance to check out this amazing store! I love the AllSaint vibe! It's edgy and hip but sophisticated and classy at the same time. There are both men and women's lines. This particular store is quite large. It is one of their flagship stores. The dressing rooms are comfortable and nicely sized. They have a sale section upstairs in the back of the store. Customer service was very sweet as well. 10% off when you sign up for the e-mail newsletter. Public parking structure located a few feet away next to Crate and Barrel and metered street parking is also available.”

“Long story short I bought a pair of shoes my wife did not like. When I went back in David Leonti helped me out to return the pair that did not work and gave me great advice to find me a great pair. He was beyond professional and was so helpful. The Lanvin corporate internet system was down that day and so was FedEx. Even so he was still able to find the tracking number of the shoes and was so prompt getting back to me via text message. I am very impressed and will always ask for him when going to the store. Btw love the shoes!”
